easyPLAY FAQs

At this time, there are no plans to re-introduce the easyPLAY product at any point in the future.

Account balances will be paid via a mailed paper check.  If you have an account balance, send an email to easyPLAY@mgmresorts.com containing the following contact information:

Phone Number (with area code)

Paper checks will begin mailing approximately three weeks after the final tournament ends (the final easyPLAY tournament ends Thursday, Sept. 28 at 4 p.m. PT).

We have emailed everyone with a balance greater than $0 in their easyPLAY Mobile Tournament account as of Wednesday, Sept. 27.  If you feel you had an account balance greater than $0 and were not contacted by easyPLAY, please feel free to contact us at easyPLAY@mgmresorts.com or via telephone at 1-866-791-7111.
