During the 12-month course, you will be put into various kitchen environments including production, high-volume and fine dining. We offer a structured curriculum with personalized mentoring, practical application, leadership development and enterprise-wide strategy sessions to enhance your business know-how.
You will also become familiar with the MGM Resorts International® philosophy surrounding Corporate Social Responsibility through Diversity & Inclusion, Environmental Sustainability and Community Engagement initiatives.
During your time in CAP you will develop your management skills in various areas of culinary operations within our properties. This elite program is highly coveted, and therefore a limited number of participants are selected for the program each year based on business need.
