The Event Organizer is monitoring local COVID-19 trends and will meet or exceed local mandates. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test.

Entry to any of the Bank Of Hope events and persons staying and/or visiting an MGM Resorts International property may be subject to additional health and safety requirements (e.g., social distancing, proof of being fully vaccinated for COVID-19 as per CDC Guidelines, or proof of recent negative COVID-19 test). Visit the property, event or venue web site for details regarding any such requirements. Entry and other requirements may change over time and MGM Resorts International reserves the right to modify such requirements as the situation merits and in the event of changes to CDC Guidelines. If an individual does not comply with applicable health and safety requirements, then such individual will not be allowed into Shadow Creek and there will be no refund for any or all of the room and ticket experience purchased.  Guests are responsible for all costs and expenses associated with any of the above requirements (if applicable). Guests who have a positive COVID-19 test while at any MGM property or facility are required to follow MGM’s health and safety incident protocols. Each guest seeking entry to a Bank Of Hope event represents and warrants that he/she is not required to quarantine or isolate as per CDC Guidelines, and shall not seek entry to an event if he/she is required to quarantine or isolate as of the event date. Guests understand, and agree, that such medical and health related information will be provided to and/or shared with MGM Resorts International and/or its parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries as well as with third parties on a need-to-know basis.

As noted by government health officials, complete isolation from the COVID-19 virus or any other communicable disease is impossible.  Accordingly, we cannot and do not promise to eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19 or any other communicable disease and cannot and do not promise that you will not contract COVID-19 or any other communicable disease. You acknowledge that we have informed you that our facilities are not risk-free, that it is possible that you may contract COVID-19 or any other communicable disease during your presence at our facilities, and that you freely choose to enter and/or reside in our facilities with awareness of the associated risks.

All Bank Of Hope Room and Ticket Experiences must be booked by Friday, April 29, 2022. The “VIP Experience”, “Premier Experience”, and “Elevated Experience” each require a three-night length of stay as described below. Additional nights (either before or after required stay nights) may be booked at prevailing rates(s) or tier discount. All experience stays must include applicable event dates (as described below) and may not check out prior to applicable event dates. A daily resort fee of $45 (plus applicable tax) for stays at Bellagio & ARIA and a daily resort fee of $39 (plus applicable tax) for stays at MGM Grand and Mandalay Bay are included in total experience price. The resort fee includes: Property-wide high-speed internet access (public spaces and in-room), unlimited local and toll-free calls, airline boarding pass printing, daily digital newspaper access (ARIA only), and fitness center access for guests 18+. All three experiences’ total price is calculated with entertainment ticket price inclusive of LET tax, and applicable taxes on room rate and daily resort fee. All experience reservations cannot be modified, are fully prepaid (except for daily resort fees and applicable taxes on such fees) and non-refundable. MGM Rewards Points and/or other comps may not be used for any of the Bank Of Hope Room and Ticket Experiences. If cancellation of or change to reservation takes place, guest will forfeit total experience charge and all experience components.  Experience reservations will only be accepted by phone; see corresponding experience pages for contact information. Experiences are based on hotel and ticket availability. Blackout dates may apply, subject to availability. We reserve the right to provide a comparable room/suite, ticket type or alternative experience component due to unavailability of one or more components of the offered experiences. Scheduled concert dates are subject to postponement, rescheduling, and/or cancellation.

“VIP Experience” experience includes a 3-night stay in an ARIA Sky Suite Strip View or MGM Grand Skyloft or Bellagio Penthouse Suite over the following dates: either May 24 – May 27, 2022 (to attend the tournament on May 25 and 26) or May 27 – May 30, 2022 (to attend the tournament on May 27, 28 and 29). The “VIP Experience” also includes two (2) hospitality tickets valid for the applicable tournament dates (depending on stay dates) and ground transportation to/from resort and Shadow Creek Golf Course. Suite accommodations may be available for up to four guests. If more than two guests in a suit, additional person charges apply. However, we are not able to add additional event tickets to your experience.

“Premier Experience” experience includes a 3-night stay in an ARIA Corner Suite or Bellagio Salone Suite Strip View or MGM Grand Executive King Suite or Mandalay Bay Elite King Suite over the following dates: either May 24 – May 27, 2022 (to attend the tournament on May 25 and 26) or May 27 – May 30, 2022 (to attend the tournament on May 27, 28 and 29). The “Premier Experience” also includes two (2) hospitality tickets valid for the applicable tournament dates (depending on stay dates) and ground transportation to/from resort and Shadow Creek Golf Course. Suite accommodations may be available for up to four guests. If more than two guests in a suite, additional person charges apply. However, we are not able to add additional event tickets to your experience.      

“Elevated Experience” experience includes a 3-night stay in an ARIA Deluxe Strip View King or Deluxe Queen or Bellagio Premier Queen or Fountain View King over the following dates: either May 24 – May 27, 2022 (to attend the tournament on May 25 and 26) or May 27 – May 30, 2022 (to attend the tournament on May 27, 28 and 29). The “Elevated Experience” also includes two (2) hospitality tickets valid for the applicable tournament dates (depending on stay dates) and ground transportation to/from resort and Shadow Creek Golf Course. Room accommodations may be available for up to four guests. If more than two guests in a room, additional person charges apply. However, we are not able to add additional event tickets to your experience.   

Your event tickets will be available for pick up after you check-in to your hotel accommodations. Exact pick-up location will be shared with you via email approximately seven days prior to event date. Tickets are required and must be shown upon request in order to gain entry into Shadow Creek.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age with valid government-issued photo identification to check-in at an MGM Resorts International property. Offers are subject to promotional availability; not available to groups or persons attending meetings or conventions. Not available for existing or consecutive reservations. This offer is non-transferable and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion. We are unable to guarantee certain room requests and locations; however, a sincere effort will be made to accommodate your needs. Nightly rates are 10% commissionable to valid IATA, ARC, CLIA, and TRUE/OSSN travel agency. Management reserves the right to cancel or change this Offer and the Offer terms and conditions (including, but not limited to, cancelling, changing, or rescheduling experience elements of the Offer (e.g., reschedule dates of events)) at its discretion without prior notice. Offer is subject to applicable hotel reservations and ticketing terms and conditions.
