From Michelin stars to Macarena bars, there are so many exciting, hot restaurants to check out this fall at MGM Resorts destinations in Las Vegas.
A Cut Above the Rest – ARIA
A mecca for carnivores, Jean Georges Steakhouse puts a masterful spin on traditional steakhouse expectations. Serving the highest-quality meats and seafood from around the globe, the Michelin three-star, James Beard Award-winning Chef Vongerichten unleashes bold flavors like you’ve never experienced. The star of the newly revamped menu is arguably the best beef in the world: the Kobe A5 steak. And Jean Georges Steakhouse is one of only a few select restaurants in the United States authorized to serve the delicacy, making the experience even grander.
