Cancelled Events

Please be advised that select performances have been cancelled. Tickets purchased with a credit card will be automatically refunded Within 30 Days. Tickets not purchased through the venue directly are advised to contact their provider.

By Email:

  • Scan and send a copy of your ticket(s) to corporateticketing@mgmresorts.com
  • Include your Name, Contact Phone Number and complete Mailing Address in the body of the email
  • Upon validation, the credit will be processed in full and a check will be issued to you by mail within 6 weeks
  • Refund checks will only be issued to the account holder on file

By Mail:

  • Please send the physical ticket(s) to:

  • Include your Name, Contact Phone Number and complete Mailing Address in the envelope
  • Upon validation, the credit will be processed in full and a check will be issued to you by mail within 12 weeks
  • Please be certain to keep a copy of the ticket for your files
  • Refund checks will only be issued to the account holder on file
  • We recommend retaining a copy of your original ticket for your records

Rescheduled Events

  • Tickets will automatically be valid for the new performance date, no action needed. Should you not be able to attend, you may request a refund in full within 30 days of the new show date being announced. Notification to ticket holders will begin on May 1 and include detailed instructions on how to obtain your refund. If your event had been rescheduled prior to May 1, your 30-day refund opportunity will commence upon notification.

Postponed Events

  • If your event has been postponed, hold on to your ticket as you will be able to attend the rescheduled date with your existing reservation. Notification to ticket holders will be issued as soon as a new date has been confirmed. If 60 days has passed since a show was postponed and no rescheduled date has been announced, a 30-day window for refunds may commence. If your event qualifies, detailed instructions on how to obtain your refund will be provided at that time.

Future Performances

  • If attending a Showroom event, you may cancel your show booking for a full refund, for any reason up to 24 hours prior to show time.
  • If you secured tickets for an event at Park Theater, T-Mobile Arena, Grand Garden Arena, Michelob ULTRA Arena, or Mandalay Bay Beach, all sales are final. We look forward to hosting you at the show! Should you be unable to attend, we encourage you to utilize resale options.
