M life Rewards | Tier Match

Promotion Rules 

1. The M life Rewards Program (“M life Program”) Tier Match Promotion (“Promotion”) is available to all new and existing M life Program members in good standing during the promotional period (see #2). This Promotion is subject to these Promotion Rules and the M life Program Terms and Conditions available at (https://www.mgmresorts.com/en/mlife-rewards-program/program-rules.html) (“M life Rules”).

 

2. The “promotional period” to request a Tier Match in connection with this Promotion begins at 12:01 AM Pacific Time (PT) on Tuesday, September 1st, 2020 and ends at 8:59 PM PT on Thursday, December 31, 2020.

 

3. Individuals prohibited from gaming or entering an MGM casino and/or hotel by law or for any other reason are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

 

4. As set forth Rule 8 of the M life Rules, persons who are currently entered into certain self-limit, self-exclusion, exclusion, and/or disassociated persons programs (or are otherwise prohibited from participating by applicable law) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

 

5. As set forth in Rule 2 of the M life Rules, all eligible individuals may generally enroll in the M life Rewards Program, including immediate family members of MGM employees (as defined in MGM internal policy) and individuals who reside in the same household as MGM employees subject to certain restrictions involving wagering and participation in certain promotions.

 

6. By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to adhere to these Promotion Rules and the M life Rules.

 

7. In order to participate in the Promotion, a participant must visit a participating M life Rewards desk in-person and produce and present his/her valid competitor loyalty card (with his/her name printed on the card) from an eligible competitor program (together with his/her valid government-issued photo identification) to receive his/her Tier Match in the M life Program subject to these Promotion Rules. An individual may request an additional Tier Match during the promotional period subject to these Promotion Rules if he/she subsequently becomes eligible for a higher Tier Match.

9. It may take up to seven (7) business days for the M life Program Tier Match to be processed.

 

10. Matched Tiers are subject to the M life Rules (click here) and will be valid through the following Tier Status Benefit Year as described in Rule 16 of the M life Rules (i.e., through January, 31, 2022). The M life Program’s Annual Complimentary Cruise benefit is only available to M life Program Platinum and NOIR members who earned their tier level based on gaming play and eligible spend at participating M life Program US destinations. Therefore, individuals who receive a Platinum level Tier Match through this Promotion (and not as described above) do not qualify for the Annual Complimentary Cruise benefit.

 

11. MGM Resorts reserves the right to modify (e.g., change competitor loyalty card(s) that are eligible for matching, change M life Program Tier Level(s) that a competitor’s card/level will be matched to, etc.) or cancel this offer at any time at its sole discretion. MGM Resorts also reserves the right to exclude a person from participating in this Promotion if MGM Resorts reasonably believes that such person is engaging in unfair, fraudulent, deceptive, and/or misleading actions, omissions, behavior and/or conduct, or otherwise does not comply with these Promotion Rules or the M life Rules.

 

12. MGM Resorts is not an affiliate of any competitor casinos nor is MGM Resorts affiliated with any loyalty programs identified in connection with this Promotion. All competitor casino and loyalty program names are the trademarks of their respective owners.
