Things to Do in the Morning in Las Vegas
You may only think of Las Vegas as a city that comes alive after dark, but guests know that mornings in town are just as special (if not more so). The air is cooler, the streets are quieter, and the Strip glows softly while most people slumber.
As your resident concierge, we wanted to share our favorite things to do in the morning in Las Vegas. From delicious breakfasts to art exploration, here’s our insider guide to the early morning hours in the city!
Please check each venue’s website for the most up-to-date hours as they may change during certain seasonal periods or holidays.
Start with Breakfast
They don’t call breakfast the most important meal of the day for nothing, and MGM Resorts has you covered when it comes to delicious breakfast options. Here are just a few of our favorites.
Sadelle’s Café at Bellagio
Located right next to the Bellagio Conservatory, Sadelle’s is an early morning favorite for its chef crafted takes on classic breakfast favorites. For egg lovers, you can’t go wrong with Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon or ham.
The original menu at Sadelle’s is absolutely delicious, but if you want to take your experience up a notch you can reserve the Garden Table, a four course menu and specialty cocktails. Enjoy Sadelle’s famous house cured salmon tower with caviar and bagels, a round of mimosas, and specialty cocktails like the Pink Flamingo or the Parisian Cucumber.
Insider tip: The early bird gets the worm when it comes to dining at Sadelle’s! Reservations fill up quickly, so make sure to book your table online. You’ll likely have better luck finding a morning slot (or a late afternoon brunch).
Wicked Spoon at The Cosmopolitan
For those who like variety, Wicked Spoon redefines the buffet experience. In fact, Wicket Spoon was voted KNPR’s Best Buffet in 2022. Starting at 8:00 AM, you can get pastries, fresh fruit, made to order omelets, and other gourmet breakfast bites. If you can get there early, you’ll enjoy less crowds and shorter lines!
Eataly at Park MGM
If you prefer to start your day Italian style, Eataly serves espresso, cappuccino, and warm Italian croissants first thing in the morning. For something heartier, you can also enjoy breakfast sandwiches and freshly baked bread. Get a leisurely and relaxing start to your morning with a seated breakfast or grab a bite before your next adventure!
Insider tip: Grab a delicious breakfast panini from Caffè Lavazza, which opens at 7:00 AM!
Morning Spa Experiences
Las Vegas mornings are best spent recharging before the day’s adventures begin, and there’s no better place than at one of our award winning spas.
The Spa & Salon at ARIA
Modern, sleek, and soothing, ARIA’s Spa & Salon is the largest Forbes Five Star Spa in the world and is open early for guests to experience its signature services. Try the Asiatsu massage or Red Light Therapy Bed Experience to reset after a late night out.

Treat yourself to personalized massages and skincare treatments that blend special techniques with seasonal offerings.
Sahra Spa, Salon & Hammam at The Cosmopolitan

Inspired by Nevada’s beautiful desert landscape, Sahra Spa is an immersive experience where stone, steam, and light meet. Enjoy personalized attention and access to Hammam, a hidden sanctuary in the heart of the Strip.
Want to take your health and wellness to the next level? Book a drip therapy vitamin injection at REVIV, Vegas’ top IV drip therapy clinic (appointments are available as early as 9:00 AM). Transform your health with essential nutrients, vitamins, and electrolytes. Check out Vegas’ REVIV locations at The Cosmopolitan and MGM Grand.
The Spa at Vdara

Set over two floors, you can look forward to signature European heat experiences and countless amazing treatments in the multifunctional retreat room. Start early for a full day of pampering!
Explore Art & Culture (Before the Crowds)
Not only is Vegas home to world class entertainment and dining, but there are also many places on the Strip that boast fine art that you won’t find anywhere else. For early birds, you can check out these galleries and art collections before the crowds to really take your time and enjoy the experience.
Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art
One of the Strip’s best things to do in the morning, the Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art opens at 10:00 AM and offers an elegant escape from the hustle and bustle outside. Rotating exhibitions feature world renowned artists throughout the intimate, 2,600 sq ft two room experience. Since opening in 1998, BGFA has presented artworks and objects drawn from internationally acclaimed museums and private collections.
Our fine art experts want to remind visitors not to skip the Perrotin Store. There, you can find new prints, editions, as well as Perrotin publications and artist designed objects. The space is a site for activation and unique experiences with the gallery’s international roster of artists.
ARIA Fine Art Collection
The ARIA Fine Art Collection features work by acclaimed painters, sculptors and installation artists and is open 24 hours so you can enjoy an art walk in the morning to get your day started. The walk features seasonal exhibitions that often include extras, such as specialty cocktails, that complement the art. Stroll with a morning coffee or mimosa in hand for a peaceful, beautiful start to your morning in Las Vegas.
Las Vegas might be known for its nightlife, but the mornings here offer their own kind of magic. Whether you’re grabbing a delicious breakfast, enjoying one of the Strip’s many luxurious spas, or enjoying fine art before the crowds, there is so much to do in the morning in Las Vegas.
