Top Chinese Noodle Restaurants in Las Vegas

In Chinese culture, noodles have long been a sign of wealth, life, and celebration, which is a suitable fit for Las Vegas. Here at MGM Resorts, revered chefs and carefully curated culinary experiences result in an array of authentic Chinese noodle options for when the craving hits.

Noodle Shop

The Noodle Shop inside Mandalay Bay is one of the top locations for an authentic noodle experience. The menu features classic Cantonese flavors with Vietnamese and Thai influences. Whether you’re craving a noodle soup or a stir fried dish, you’ll discover something delicious here. Our favorites are the drunken noodles and lo mein.

Hakkasan Restaurant

The Hakkasan Restaurant at MGM Grand takes classic Chinese meals and takes them to the next level with a modern twist. This restaurant is known for its large menu, but the locals know they have some of the best noodles in town. The Hakka Noodle starts with hand pulled noodles and includes ingredients like shimeji mushrooms and Chinese chives to elevate the dish.

In our experience, Hakkasan has many little things that make it stand out, from the soft lighting to a curated playlist. We recommend pairing your noodle dish with a lightly chilled white wine from the restaurant’s extensive wine list.

Jasmine

Jasmine at Bellagio is a high class dining experience with direct views of the famous fountains outside. The menu focuses on Cantonese, Szechwan, and Hunan cuisine, including some of the best noodles you will ever taste. Our favorite dishes on the menu here are the vegetable chow mein and beef chow fun. We recommend having a late dinner to catch the calm atmosphere after the fountain’s last show.

Din Tai Fung

Din Tai Fung is found right inside the ARIA Resort & Casino, serving specialty dumplings and noodles. Some of the most popular dishes are the noodles with sesame sauce or spicy sauce. There are also plant-based options on the menu, including vegan variations of both dishes. Meat lovers can enjoy noodles with diced beef or kurabota pork.

Noodles

Noodles is a restaurant inside the Bellagio where you can find food from all over Asia. The menu is inspired by various regions, including Japan, China, and Vietnam. Some of our favorite noodle dishes here are Pad Thai and Singapore noodles. With plenty of diverse menu options and comfortable seating, Noodles is a great place to meet with friends or grab a quick bite for lunch between activities.

La La Noodle

La La Noodle at Park MGM adds a fun touch to Asian food with bright decor and a creative menu. Whether you’re stopping in for a casual meal or a late-night snack, you’ll find plenty of noodle dishes that won’t disappoint. We recommend trying their beef noodle soup and the vegetable lo mien.

Grand Wok

The Grand Wok restaurant in the MGM Grand elevates traditional Asian food in a fancy setting. They serve delicious noodle dishes cooked fresh in the wok. Some of the most popular are the Singapore-style curry rice noodles, shrimp pad Thai, and crispy egg noodles.

We also recommend trying their soups, including the wonton noodle and beef noodle soup if you’re in the mood for something warm and comforting.
