Amaya is a lively restaurant located inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. The menu and decor were inspired by coastal Mexico. It’s known for a creative take on traditional tacos and other classic Mexican dishes. Menu favorites include grilled fish tacos, lobster tacos, sizzling fajitas, and crispy avocado tacos. This place also frequently has lunch specials for taco lovers to enjoy.

For a more casual grab and go option on the Strip, try Tacos & Ritas. It’s located inside the MGM Grand at the food court. Not only do they serve amazing tacos, but they also have margaritas on the menu and a place to watch the game if you’re a sports fan.

Border Grill at Mandalay Bay is the place to go when you’re craving elevated Mexican cuisine. We highly recommend the al pastor tacos, which strike the perfect balance of sweet and savory. They also have shrimp and fish tacos on the menu with optional toppings like salsa and guacamole to choose from.
