Access to quality education is a priority for MGM Resorts. As a company, we fund programs that support students in our communities. Some examples include:

• Teacher recruitment, support and training within the school district
• Integrated support services at local schools
• Job training and internships for students
• Pre-vocational, STEM and AI training courses
• Training programs for mentorship, certification and job placement in the IT field
• Occupational safety and certification courses, resume and job search sessions, job screening and referral program
• Post-secondary access support for students

Our projects aim to reflect, sustain and build on the best of a community, creating good jobs, strong wages, resilient skills and workforce development opportunities. MGM Resorts collaborates with the public sector, policy makers, educators and nonprofit organizations to promote the social and economic advancement for our neighbors. Examples of programs funded include:

• Coaching, leadership training, mentoring and emergency childcare for low-income single mothers
• Comprehensive workforce development training with onsite housing and wraparound services
• Equipment and scholarships for welding certification program
• Transitional employment for young people using a trauma-informed approach
• Conservation Corps workforce training for jobs in forestry, landscaping, nursery care and aboriculture

MGM Resorts launched the Feeding Forward program in 2016 as our formal commitment to addressing food insecurity. Building on this initiative, we pledged to donate 5 million meals by 2025. We are proud to have surpassed that goal, providing more than 6 million meals to nonprofit partners nationwide.
