The MGM Resorts Public Policy Institute at UNLV will hold a Symposium, Investing in America: The Future of Work, April 23 at Las Vegas’s iconic Bellagio Hotel. Former Democratic U.S. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and former Republican Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives John Boehner will join forces to co-chair the event and elevate bipartisan policy solutions that can break through partisan gridlock, forge pathways to the middle class and help deliver a sustainable 21st Century workforce across the United States. Bringing together leaders from across the public, private and education sectors, the symposium will address ways to provide workers with the skills needed to adapt in today’s job market and prepare them for the jobs of the future.
