In this time of uncertainty, we all must do our part to curtail the spread of the coronavirus. We will reopen as soon as it is safe to do so, and will continue to support our employees, guests, and communities however we can during this period of closure.

Reservations for stays during the closure period will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded. No action is required by the guest – the cancellation will occur automatically and guests will be notified through email about their refund.

M life Rewards Programs FAQ

We’ve decided to transition to a Calendar Year, January 1 – December 31 earning period for your M life Rewards Tier Status. For 2020, that means you have an additional 3 months to earn status that you will enjoy for all of 2021, until January 31, 2022.

On January 1, 2021, we will reset all M life Rewards Tier Credit balances to zero (0) for all members for the 2021 Tier Status Earning Year for your M life Tier Status Benefit Year that will be valid February 1, 2022 – January 31, 2023.  This does not affect anyone who earned Tier Status in 2019 or 2020.  Your Tier Status and benefits will be valid until January 31, 2022 as previously noted.

That is correct. There is now a Tier Status Earning year that will be based on a Calendar Year, January 1 – December 31. There will also now be a Tier Status Benefits Year which will be February 1 – January 31. You earn Tier Credits from January 1 – December 31 of each year and your accumulated Tier Credits will determine your Tier Status for the coming Tier Status Benefits year. You will enjoy your Tier Status from February 1 – January 31 of the following year.

We don’t want you to miss out on redeeming any Points or Express Comps that may expire during the closures. As a result, we have suspended Point and Express Comp expirations through September 30, 2020.

Certain M life Rewards offers like promotions, events, and entertainment will expire or be cancelled during the time we are closed. We are working on rescheduling these and other offers, and will communicate new dates to you soon. For FREEPLAY®, FreeBet, SLOT DOLLARS®, gifts, and other offers valid during the closure, please know that we are building exciting new offers for you to enjoy once we reopen. The following temporary adjustments have been made to Tier Credits required to achieve Pearl, Gold and Platinum Status for the earning year of October 1, 2019 through December 31, 2020: Pearl = 20,000 (from 25,000), Gold = 60,000 (from 75,000) and Platinum = 160,000 (from 200,000). The status you earn over this period will be valid between February 1, 2021 and January 31, 2022.

No, the Tier Credit adjustments are temporary and only apply to earning between October 1, 2019 through December 31, 2020 for the benefit year of February 1, 2021 through January 31, 2022. On January 1, 2021, Tier Credits required for Pearl, Gold and Platinum will return to their normal levels of: Pearl = 25,000, Gold = 75,000 and Platinum = 200,000 for the January 1, 2021 – December 31, 2021 earning year for Tier Status & Benefit Year of February 1, 2022 through January 31, 2023.
