Pool Frequently Asked Questions

No, we are not accepting reservations at the pool. It is first come first serve. We are restricted to an occupancy number though. When we hit maximum occupancy we have to close and will open up our Virtual Waitlist. Our waitlist will put you in a virtual queue and will text you when your access to the pool is ready.

There is no set time for the waitlist.  Once we have hit our occupancy capacity- we turn the waitlist on.

No. We do not know what time of day we will hit our occupancy number. Therefore, we only turn on the waitlist when we do. It cannot be done in advance.

No. In order to remain compliant with our social distancing we ask that you do not queue anywhere. We recommend you grab a bite to eat or go to your room. We will call you back in the order you were added to the waitlist when entry granted.

Yes. Due to the occupancy restrictions we check and verify all room keys upon entry.

You must be a hotel guest to book a cabana and a day bed. If you have booked a reservation for either you will be provided a wrist band so you can come and go to the pool as you wish during the day. Your space is reserved all day.

Due to the physical distancing and to be fair to all of our guests, we kindly ask that you only grab a lounge chair for those who are present. Each of our pools has a specific time they open. We count the number of guests arriving. Once we hit our occupancy number we don’t allow more guests in. If you have saved chairs for guests who have not arrived, they will have to join the wait list to gain entry.

All guests are welcome to come and go as they please, but once we hit occupancy, if you do not have a reserved cabana or day bed and you leave, you will have to join the waitlist to return.

You can certainly come back but your party will have to rejoin the wait list. We are not able to split up the party.
