Stewart provides strategic vision, leadership and operational oversight for all sales, convention services and catering/events functions across Bellagio, ARIA, Vdara, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and Park MGM. With more than 20 years of hospitality sales leadership experience, including a strong track record at ARIA and Vdara, Stewart brings deep market expertise and a results-driven approach that will further strengthen the luxury positioning and group performance of these properties. A proud Detroit sports enthusiast, Tyler enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his two miniature Australian Shepherds, Brodi and Remi.

Paul Buchheit, CMP
A sales professional with over 20 years of experience throughout the Las Vegas Strip, including leadership positions at multiple MGM Resorts properties, Buchheit leads the sales team for the West Territory. He prides himself on a passion for the hospitality business that started with a foundation built from the Walt Disney World College Program and continued through Harrah’s College of Hospitality at UNLV. Paul has been the Chair within the Social Impact and Sustainability Committee which focuses on three goals of Fostering Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, investing in our Community and Protecting the Planet. In his time away from work, he enjoys playing guitar, listening to music and spending time with his family.

Liz Aiello
Liz is an accomplished hospitality sales leader with more than a decade of experience driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams across MGM Resorts. Since beginning her career with MGM Resorts in 2012 at Mandalay Bay, she has advanced through multiple sales leadership roles at MGM Grand before joining The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas as Executive Director of Hotel Sales. Today, she leads the North Portfolio Central Territory. Known for her collaborative leadership style, strategic mindset, and results-driven approach, Liz is passionate about developing talent, fostering cross-functional alignment, and creating exceptional experiences for both clients and teams. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, and family pets, as well as cooking, hiking, and traveling.

Jamie Malloy, CMP, CHSL
With 26 years of experience in Hotel Sales, Jamie is a seasoned professional known for her creativity, passion for learning, and commitment to elevating the guest and team experience. She currently serves on the HSMAI Sales Advisory Board and is a past President of the Las Vegas Hospitality Association, actively contributing to the growth and visibility of Las Vegas as a world-class meetings destination. At Bellagio, MGM Resorts International’s flagship property, Jamie takes great pride in representing a brand defined by luxury, sophistication, and world-renowned service. With more than 20 years of hospitality experience, Lee has built a distinguished career in hotel operations, convention services, and event leadership across MGM Resorts International. After beginning his career at Mandalay Bay in 2000, he transitioned into Convention Services and later advanced into leadership roles at MGM Grand, overseeing convention operations for MGM Grand, The Signature, New York-New York, and Excalibur. Today, as Executive Director of Conferences and Events at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Lee leads strategic planning and execution for meetings and events at one of Las Vegas’ premier luxury destinations. A graduate of the UNLV William F. Harrah College of Hospitality, Lee is passionate about mentorship, hospitality leadership, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
