Megan Archambeault

Archambeault provides strategic vision, leadership and operational oversight for all sales, convention services and catering/events functions across MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, W Las Vegas, New York-New York, Luxor, Excalibur and The Signature. Most recently overseeing sales at MGM Grand, The Signature, New York-New York and Excalibur, Archambeault brings deep expertise in leading integrated resort sales organizations, aligning cross-functional teams and advancing performance across large convention campuses. In her spare time, you will find Megan and her family traveling and participating in unique events, as she believes money is best spent on experiences and memories with her loved ones.

Cristina Kirk

Cristina Kirk is an accomplished hospitality sales leader with more than a decade of experience in luxury resort and convention sales. Since joining MGM Resorts in 2013 through the Management Associate Program at ARIA, she has advanced through progressive leadership roles in hotel operations and sales. Today, Cristina serves as Executive Director of Sales for MGM Resorts ISouth Portfolio, leading the West Coast sales team. Known for her collaborative leadership style, strategic mindset, and relationship-driven approach, Cristina is passionate about developing talent, fostering strong client partnerships, and creating exceptional guest experiences. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, traveling, and creating meaningful connections through memorable experiences.

John Montes

John Montes is the Executive Director of Sales for South Portfolio’s Central Territory, bringing more than 15 years of hospitality and hotel sales experience and a genuine passion for people and partnerships. He has received the MGM Resorts President’s Club award multiple times as a sales professional, and most recently led the Park MGM sales team to achieve strong results and exceed their sales goals. Colleagues and clients value John’s approachable leadership style, thoughtful listening, and commitment to creating solutions that feel both strategic and personal.

Today, she leads the South Portfolio East Territory, where she is focused on sales strategy, client engagement, and delivering exceptional experiences for customers and partners. Known for her collaborative leadership style and results-driven approach, Michelle is passionate about fostering meaningful connections while supporting high-performing teams. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and cheering on her children at youth soccer games as a proud soccer mom.

Linda Paterson

Proudly part of the Mandalay Bay family for over 15 years with two decades of experience in the industry, Linda Paterson oversees a team of 58 people in the roles of Convention Services, Exhibitor Services and IT.

A Certified Meeting Professional, Linda has overseen numerous events from 60,000 person tradeshows to intimate, curated events for corporate groups. In most recent years, her passion has moved from overseeing groups to leading a team of skilled professionals and helping them grow and develop in the field she loves.

With a strong focus on team leadership, operational excellence, and seamless event execution, Randy works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences across one of Las Vegas’ premier resort destinations. Known for his collaborative approach and attention to detail, he is passionate about building high-performing teams and creating memorable experiences for clients and guests alike. Outside of work, Randy enjoys traveling and following his passion for sports.
