Step into the electrifying Carlos Sainz Dance Lounge at ARIA Las Vegas’ ALIBI Cocktail Lounge, a tribute to the F1® legend and his viral rendition of “Smooth Operator” by Sade. This exclusive venue will keep the energy high with live music, signature cocktails inspired by Sainz’s bold style, and special appearances by the man himself. Shoey Bar
The wildly popular Shoey Bar, a fan- and celebrity-favorite tribute to one of racing’s most iconic celebrations—drinking from a shoe—returns November 20–22. Guests can sip from two limited-edition Sparco shoe designs or try the one-of-a-kind F1 helmet inverted into a dramatic punchbowl cocktail. The Shoey Bar also features A-list celebrity bartenders, Shoey shot glasses, the playful Shoe-Ski, live music, cocktails and a photo op to capture the race-weekend excitement.

Race Weekend Kickoff with David Chang
Kick off F1 Weekend at Momofuku Las Vegas on Friday, November 21, with two exclusive events hosted by founder David Chang. Start the day at 11am with The Dave Chang Show recorded live from the restaurant, where guests can enjoy a special menu featuring a raw bar, caviar, and whole short rib carved tableside. Then, from 5–7 pm, return for A Toast with Dave, a celebratory dinner with the same elevated menu and a personal visit from David Chang himself.
