Package reservations are fully pre-paid (except for amount listed on payment page as “Due at resort”), non-refundable, and can’t be modified. Canceling or modifying your reservation forfeits your total pre-paid package charge and all package components.

Each package has a minimum 2-night length of stay requirement. Additional nights (either before or after the required stay nights) may be added to your reservation at the presented pricing for such nights. To add additional nights to your reservation, please call our call center at +1-(866)-882-0432 between the hours of 7AM – 8PM US Pacific Time.

Some rooms can accommodate up to four guests, but additional person fees do apply. However, we are not able to add additional show tickets to your package.

When booking online, you will be able to select your seats at The Chelsea when prompted.

Digital tickets will be delivered within 24-72 hours prior to show date to the provided mobile telephone number via a link contained within an automated text message (messaging and data rates may apply) or to the provided email address. If such provided email address correlates with an account for a previously purchased ticket for an event at MGM Resorts, guest acknowledges and agrees (i) that the tickets may be sent to the mobile number or email address previously provided for that prior purchase and (ii) that guest still uses and has access to such mobile number and/or such email address. Please contact us at ticketing@cosmopolitanlasvegas.com if you no longer have access to such previously provided mobile number or email address. By purchasing a package, guest acknowledges and agrees that he/she/they will receive such text message and/or email subject to these terms and conditions. Digital tickets are required and must be shown upon request to enter The Chelsea.
