Package reservations are fully pre-paid, non-refundable, and can’t be modified. Canceling or modifying your reservation forfeits your total pre-paid package charge and all package components.

Additional nights (either before or after the required 3-night minimum stay) may be added to your reservation at our prevailing rate plus applicable daily resort fee and applicable taxes. To add additional nights to your reservation, please call our call center at +1-(866)-928-7117 between the hours of 7AM – 8PM US Pacific Time.

Some rooms can accommodate up to four guests, but additional person fees do apply. However, we are not able to add additional festival tickets to your package.

Digital tickets will be delivered upon hotel check-in via the “AXS” app. The email address provided at the time of booking will need to match the email address used when setting up your account on the “AXS” app to access the tickets. Please contact us at 1-(866)-928-7117 between the hours of 7AM – 8PM US Pacific Time if you no longer have access to such previously provided email address.
