MGM RESORTS ROOM AND TICKET PACKAGE: TERMS & CONDITIONS

All Los Bukis Room and Ticket Packages must be booked by booked by the following dates (which vary by show date): May 3 & 4 show dates must be booked by Friday, April 12, 2024; May 8, 10 & 11 show dates must be booked by Friday, April 19, 2024; July 12 & 13 show dates must be booked by Friday, June 21, 2024; July 17, 19 & 20 show dates must be booked by Friday, June 28, 2024; September 13 & 14 show dates must be booked by Friday, August 23, 2024; September 18, 20 & 21 show dates must be booked by Friday, August 30, 2024.

All packages require a two-night minimum length of stay. Additional nights (either before or after required stay nights) may be booked at prevailing rates(s). All package stays must include an applicable show date listed above and may not check out prior to show date.

Packages’ total price is calculated with entertainment ticket price inclusive of LET tax. All package reservations cannot be modified, are fully prepaid (except for daily resort fees and applicable taxes on such fees) and non-refundable. MGM Rewards Points and/or other comps may not be used for any of the Los Bukis Room and Ticket Packages. If cancellation of or change to reservation takes place, guest will forfeit total package charge and all package components.  Reservations for all packages will be accepted online. Packages are based on hotel and ticket availability. We reserve the right to provide a comparable room, ticket type or alternative package component due to unavailability of one or more components of the offered packages.

A daily resort fee will be added to (and are not included in) each listed total package price. The resort fee includes in-room wireless internet access, unlimited local and toll-free calls, airline boarding pass printing, daily digital newspaper access (ARIA only), and fitness center access for guests 18+. 

VIP package includes: Two (2) seats in VIP banquettes on one of the following show dates: May 3, 4, 8, 10 & 11, July 12, 13, 17, 19 & 20, September 13, 14, 18, 20 & 21. VIP banquette ticketholder inclusions are as follows: VIP entry to Dolby Live, personal escort (upon request) to your seats and priority access to cocktail service during the show. “VIP” package also includes a $500 Food & Beverage Credit per stay, per suite, inclusive of tax, commemorative VIP credentials & lanyards, and a personal pre & intra-trip concierge & VIP Lounge check-in access. Suite accommodations may be available for up to four guests. If more than two guests in a suite, additional person charges apply. However, we are not able to add additional show tickets to your package beyond those included in your specific package. 

Premier package includes: Two (2) tickets in the Floor Section (Section 100’s) of Dolby Live on one of the following show dates: May 3, 4, 8, 10 & 11, July 12, 13, 17, 19 & 20, September 13, 14, 18, 20 & 21 “Premier” package also includes expedited entry to Dolby Live, 2 Dash Passes, a $250 Food & Beverage Credit per stay, per suite/room, inclusive of tax, commemorative VIP credentials & lanyards, and VIP Lounge check-in access. Suite accommodations may be available for up to four guests. If more than two guests in a suite, additional person charges apply. However, we are not able to add additional show tickets to your package. 

Elevated package includes: Two (2) tickets in the Lower Bowl (Section 200’s) of Dolby Live on one of the following show dates: May 3, 4, 8, 10 & 11, July 12, 13, 17, 19 & 20, September 13, 14, 18, 20 & 21. “Elevated” package also includes expedited entry to Dolby Live, a $150 Food & Beverage Credit per stay, per suite/room, inclusive of tax, commemorative VIP credentials & lanyards and expedited hotel check-in line access. Room accommodations may be available for up to four guests. If more than two guests in a room, additional person charges apply. However, we are not able to add additional show tickets to your package. 

Deluxe package includes: Two (2) tickets in the Lower Bowl (Section 300’s) of Dolby Live on one of the following show dates: May 3, 4, 8, 10 & 11, July 12, 13, 17, 19 & 20, September 13, 14, 18, 20 & 21. “Deluxe” package also includes expedited entry to Dolby Live, commemorative VIP credentials & lanyards and expedited hotel check-in line access. Room accommodations may be available for up to four guests. If more than two guests in a room, additional person charges apply. However, we are not able to add additional show tickets to your package.

Food & Beverage credits are valid only at select and/or designated MGM Resorts Las Vegas destinations during your stay pursuant to this offer (for full details on where to use your Food & Beverage Credits, click here). Outlets and outlet hours of operation are subject to availability and/or closures. Unused Food & Beverage credit will be forfeited. To redeem your Food & Beverage credit, a valid major credit card must be presented upon check-in, and you will be required to charge food and beverage to your room at the outlet to redeem credit. Any additional charges will be the responsibility of the guest at check-out and will be applied to the credit card on file. Food & Beverage credit has no cash value and will only be applied to applicable charges on the room folio at time of check-out. Early departures forfeit offer inclusions. Food & Beverage credit is used towards applicable taxes but excludes gratuities. Blackout dates may apply. Stage layout is subject to change.

Digital tickets will be delivered within 24-72 hours prior to show date to the provided mobile telephone number via a link contained within an automated text message (messaging and data rates may apply) or to the provided email address via a PDF attachment within an email. If such provided email address correlates with an account for a previously purchased ticket for an event at MGM Resorts, guest acknowledges and agrees (i) that the tickets may be sent to the mobile number or email address previously provided for that prior purchase and (ii) that guest still uses and has access to such mobile number and/or such email address. Please contact us at ticketoffice@dolbylivelv.com if you no longer have access to such previously provided mobile number or email address. By purchasing a package, guest acknowledges and agrees that he/she/they will receive such text message and/or email subject to these terms and conditions. Digital tickets are required and must be shown upon request to enter Dolby Live. Dolby Live enforces a $25 Reprint Fee if you do not have your digital ticket for entry.
