If an individual does not comply with applicable health and safety requirements, then such individual will not be allowed into Dolby Live and there will be no refund for any or all of the room and ticket experience purchased.  Guests are responsible for all costs and expenses associated with any of the above requirements (if applicable). Guests who have a positive COVID-19 test while at any MGM property or facility are required to follow MGM’s health and safety incident protocols. Each guest seeking entry to an Usher show represents and warrants that he/she is not required to quarantine or isolate as per CDC Guidelines, and shall not seek entry to a show if he/she is required to quarantine or isolate as of the show date. Guests understand, and agree, that such medical and health related information will be provided to and/or shared with MGM Resorts International and/or its parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries as well as with third parties on a need-to-know basis.

Additional nights (either before or after required stay nights) may be booked at prevailing rates(s) or tier discount. All experience stays must include an applicable show date listed above and may not check out prior to show date. A daily resort fee of $45 (plus applicable tax) for stays at Bellagio & ARIA and a daily resort fee of $39 (plus applicable tax) for stays at MGM Grand, Park MGM & NoMad will be added to (and are not included in) each listed total package price. The resort fee includes: Property-wide high-speed internet access (public spaces and in-room), unlimited local and toll-free calls, airline boarding pass printing, daily digital newspaper access (ARIA only), and fitness center access for guests 18+. All three packages’ total price is calculated with entertainment ticket price inclusive of LET tax. All experience reservations cannot be modified, are fully prepaid (except for daily resort fees and applicable taxes on such fees) and non-refundable. MGM Rewards Points and/or other comps may not be used for any of the Usher Room and Ticket Experiences. If cancellation of or change to reservation takes place, guest will forfeit total experience charge and all experience components.  Experience reservations will only be accepted by phone or web; see corresponding experience pages for contact information. Experiences are based on hotel and ticket availability. Blackout dates may apply, subject to availability. We reserve the right to provide a comparable room/suite, ticket type or alternative experience component due to unavailability of one or more components of the offered experiences. Scheduled concert dates are subject to postponement, rescheduling, and/or cancellation. Nightly rates are 10% commissionable to valid IATA, ARC, CLIA, and TRUE/OSSN travel agencies.

“The Ultimate Confession” experience includes two (2) seats in VIP banquettes at Dolby Live on one of the following show dates: March 3, 4, 10, 11, 17, 18, April 14, 15, 21, 22, 28, 29, June 16, 17, 20, 23, 24, 28, 29, July 1, 2, 4, 7, 8, 12, 14, 15, October 11, 13, 14, 18, 20, 22, 25, 27 & 28. VIP banquette ticketholder inclusions are as follows: VIP entry to Dolby Live, personal escort (upon request) to your seats and priority access to cocktail service during the show. “The Ultimate Confession” experience also includes expedited entry & access at On the Record to a private group table area with bottle service and group access to use the private karaoke room after the concert, a $500 Food & Beverage Credit per stay, per suite, inclusive of tax, commemorative VIP credentials & lanyards, a personal pre & intra-trip concierge & dedicated hotel check-in access​. Suite accommodations only available for up to two guests. If more than two guests in a room, additional person charges apply. However, we are not able to add additional show tickets to your experience.

“My Way” experience includes two (2) tickets in the Floor Section (Section 100’s) of Dolby Live on one of the following show dates: March 3, 4, 10, 11, 17, 18, April 14, 15, 21, 22, 28, 29, June 16, 17, 20, 23, 24, 28, 29, July 1, 2, 4, 7, 8, 12, 14, 15, October 11, 13, 14, 18, 20, 22, 25, 27 & 28. “My Way” experience also includes expedited entry to Dolby Live, access at On the Record to 1-hour open bar & expedited entry promptly after the concert, a $250 Food & Beverage Credit per stay, per room, inclusive of tax,  commemorative VIP credentials & lanyards and dedicated hotel check-in access. Room accommodations only may be available for up to four guests; If more than two guests in a room, additional person charges apply. However, we are not able to add additional show tickets to your experience.     

“U Got it Good” experience includes two (2) tickets in the Lower Bowl (Section 200s & 300s) of Dolby Live on one of the following show dates: March 3, 4, 10, 11, 17, 18, April 14, 15, 21, 22, 28, 29, June 16, 17, 20, 23, 24, 28, 29, July 1, 2, 4, 7, 8, 12, 14, 15, October 11, 13, 14, 18, 20, 22, 25, 27 & 28. “U Got it Good” experience also includes expedited entry to Dolby Live, 3 drink tickets per person at On the Record & expedited entry promptly after the concert, a $150 Food & Beverage Credit per stay, per room, inclusive of tax and dedicated hotel check-in line access. Room accommodations only may be available for up to four guests; If more than two guests in a room, additional person charges apply. However, we are not able to add additional show tickets to your experience. 

Food & Beverage credits are valid only at select and/or designated MGM Resorts Las Vegas destinations during your stay pursuant to this offer (for full details on where to use your Food & Beverage Credits, click here). Outlets and outlet hours of operation are subject to availability and/or closures. Unused Food & Beverage credit will be forfeited. To redeem your Food & Beverage credit, a valid major credit card must be presented upon check-in and you will be required to charge food and beverage to your room at the outlet to redeem credit. Any additional charges will be the responsibility of the guest at check-out and will be applied to the credit card on file. Food & Beverage credit has no cash value and will only be applied to applicable charges on the room folio at time of check-out. Early departures forfeit offer inclusions. If such provided email address correlates with an account for a previously purchased ticket for an event at MGM Resorts, guest acknowledges and agrees (i) that the tickets may be sent to the mobile number or email address previously provided for that prior purchase and (ii) that guest still uses and has access to such mobile number and/or such email address.
