All-Inclusive Experience
Show Ticket Terms and Conditions
These Show Ticket Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to tickets for shows that are offered in connection with the Luxor and Excalibur All-Inclusive Experiences (“Shows”). These Terms and Conditions include general terms and conditions that apply to all Shows (see Section 1 below) as well Show-specific age requirements (see Section II below). By booking such an All-Inclusive Experience, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The live event tickets that are inclusions of the Luxor and Excalibur All-Inclusive Experience (“Tickets”) are subject to the Nevada Live Entertainment Tax. The applicable 9% Live Entertainment Tax associated with the Tickets is included in the price of the Luxor and Excalibur All-Inclusive Experiences. (See Section III below for information about what constitutes Live Entertainment.)
I. General Terms and Conditions. Set forth below are terms and conditions that apply to all Shows and Tickets.
- No Refunds or Exchanges.
- No Third Party Billing.
- All tickets must be picked up no later than one hour prior to show time. Tickets not picked up by show time are subject to cancellation.
- Some performances have age restrictions due to the content of the performance, parental discretion is advised. Set forth below in Section II are the specific age requirements for each of the Shows.
- Late arrivals will be held in the lobby until an appropriate interval in the performance for both the guest and artist's safety.
- Assumption of Risk: As noted by government health officials, complete isolation from the COVID-19 virus or any other communicable disease is impossible. Accordingly, we cannot and do not promise to eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19 or any other communicable disease and cannot and do not promise that you will not contract COVID-19 or any other communicable disease. You acknowledge that we have informed you that our facilities are not risk-free, that it is possible that you may contract COVID-19 or any other communicable disease during your presence at our facilities, and that you freely choose to enter and/or reside in our facilities with awareness of the associated risks.
- ADA Seating: MGM Resorts International ® strives to make it as easy as possible to purchase accessible seating tickets for venues across the country. Availability and the type of accessible seating will vary based on each venue's policies and/or the type of event taking place. Visit the box office for further information on accessible seating.

- No video recorders, cameras, recording devices or laser pointers are permitted in the venue.

II. Age Requirements for Shows and Other Specific Show Terms and Conditions. Set forth below are specific terms and conditions applicable to each Show.
- Blue Man Group.
- Age Requirements
- Blue Man Group is recommended for people ages 3+.
- Ages under the age of 4 are permitted and will no longer require a paid ticket if they are sitting on a parent's lap.
- Children ages 4 and older will still require a paid ticket to enter the theater.
- Guests under the age of eighteen (18) years must be accompanied by an adult.
- Warning:
- Please be advised that strobe lights and theatrical fog are used during performances. Guests who react to either of these effects should attend the show at their own risk.

- Age Requirements: Guests under the age of eighteen (18) years, if permitted, must be accompanied by an adult.

- Guests must be ages five (5) or older to attend.
- Guests under the age of eighteen (18) years, if permitted, must be accompanied by an adult.
- Seats are assigned on a best available basis when you place your order.

- Age Requirements: Guests under 18 years old are strictly prohibited. Please have a valid government-issued photo ID available for entry.

- Guests must be ages five (5) or older to attend.
- Guests under the age of eighteen (18) years, if permitted, must be accompanied by an adult.

III. Live Entertainment Defined
Live Entertainment is defined by statue as meaning any activity provided for pleasure, enjoyment, recreation, relaxation, diversion, or other similar purpose by a person or persons who are physically present when providing an activity to a patron or group of patrons who are physically present. It includes without limitation one or more of the following:
- Music or vocals provided by one or more professional amateur musicians or vocalists;
- Dancing performed by one or more professional or amateur dancers or performers, including, without limitation dancing performed by one or more persons who are nude or partially nude;
- Acting or drama provided by one or more professional or amateur actors or players;
- Acrobatics or stunts provided by one or more professional or amateur acrobats, performers or stunt persons;
- Animal stunts or performances induced by one or more animal handlers or trainers, except animal behaviors induced by animal trainers or caretakers primarily for the purpose of education and scientific research;
- Athletic or sporting contests, events or exhibitions provided by one or more professional or amateur athletes or sportsmen except an athletic contest event or exhibition conducted by a professional team based in this State if the professional team based in this State is a participant in the contest, event or exhibition.
- Comedy or magic provided by one or more professional or amateur comedians, magicians, illusionists, entertainers or performers.
- A show or production involving any combination of the activities described above.
- A performance by a disc jockey who presents recorded music.
- An escort who is escorting one or more persons at a location or locations in this State. It excludes the following:
- Television, radio, closed circuit or Internet broadcasts of live entertainment.
- Entertainment provided by a patron or patrons, including, without limitation, singing by patrons or dancing by or between patrons if they receive no compensation from any source for providing the entertainment.
- An activity that is an uncompensated, spontaneous performance that is not longer than 20 minutes during a 60-minute period;
- An activity described in the section above that does not constitute a performance, including, without limitation, go-go dancing; or
- Marketing or promotional activities, including, without limitation, dancing or singing that is for a period that does not exceed 20 minutes during a 60-minute period and that is associated with the serving of food and beverages, for example bartenders, waiters or waitress.
