Chief Sales Officer & Senior Vice President

Stephanie Glanzer, CMP

With a 27-year tenure within the organization, Stephanie Glanzer, CMP, is proud to oversee the company’s overall sales strategy and operations positioning MGM Resorts as a leader in destination events and entertainment. Glanzer began her career with MGM Resorts in 1998 in Leisure Sales at The Mirage. Her success in that role led to progressive leadership positions in sales at The Mirage, Bellagio, ARIA, Vdara, Mandalay Bay and Delano Las Vegas.

She earned degrees in Organizational Business as well as Sales and Marketing from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. Glanzer sits on the Executive Boards of Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International, U.S. Travel Association and AMC Institute. She is passionate about public speaking and training on contract negotiation. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, live music, cooking and spending time with her family.

Vice President of Global Sales

Shelly Cruz, CMP

With a 20+ tenure within the organization, Shelly Cruz, CMP, leads the global sales teams that reside throughout the country and supports the overall corporate strategies of the Sales, Services and Catering division for the company.

Cruz is passionate about hospitality education with our next generation of leaders. She is an active board member for Tourism Diversity Matters, advisory board member of Women Leading Hospitality & Tourism & PCMA and a Certified Meeting Planner (CMP). In her time away from work, she enjoys golfing, driving fast cars and reading mystery novels.

Senior Vice President of Signature Events

Victoria Chivers, CMP

With more than 21 years of service, Chivers embodies deep operational expertise and a strong customer-first mindset. In her role, Tori oversees Signature Events and Groups strategy while overseeing MGM Resorts Events & Productions, Floral and Horticulture and enterprise meeting and event operations. A seasoned hospitality executive, Chivers has led convention services and event strategy across the portfolio, driving revenue and service excellence while executing high-profile events for Fortune 500 companies, global brands and marquee citywide moments. She served the Las Vegas chapter of the International Live Events as President, President-Elect, Vice President of Programs and Education and has served on the Board of Directors and has volunteered for UNLV’s Mentor Program for nearly a decade.

Vice President of Sales Enablement

Luis Lamar

With industry experience spanning over 25 years, Luis oversees meetings and convention sales for the company’s portfolio.

Most recently, Lamar was selected to be part of the company’s high-potential Accelerated Leadership Program. He is also an active member of Meeting Professionals International, Society of Incentive Travel Executives, Professional Convention Managers Association and serves on the Advisory Board of The Above and Beyond Foundation. In his free time, Lamar enjoys exercising, skiing and off-roading.

Senior Vice President of Hotel Group Sales

Ernest Stovall

Stovall leads enterprise-wide group sales, catering/events and convention services across all Las Vegas properties, overseeing sales, convention services and catering/events teams to drive consistent commercial execution, a unified customer experience and sustained group revenue growth. With more than 25 years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies, Stovall brings deep expertise in the meetings and conventions sector, previously overseeing one of the nation’s largest convention campuses at Mandalay Bay, W Las Vegas and Luxor and serving as a strong advocate for collaboration, inclusion and industry partnership. He currently serves on the MPI Global Board of Trustees as well as the board of the Nevada Public Radio. Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Ernest enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Vice President of Group Growth Strategy

Vicente Rivera

Rivera defines and executes the enterprise-wide group sales growth strategy for MGM Resorts’ portfolio. He serves as the strategic integrator across Sales, Revenue Management and Finance, ensuring group business optimal for long-term value. Rivera brings 15+ years of experience within the organization, most recently overseeing the Mandalay Bay campus sales team. As a Las Vegas native, Vicente is passionate about the Tourism & Hospitality Industry and the impact that it has on our communities. In his time away from work, he enjoys golfing, travelling, and spending time with his family.

Amy Huff

Huff leads Signature Events and Groups, including group dining, venue sales, nightlife, weddings, philanthropic events, celebrations/social occasions and small rooms-only bookings. With more than 20 years of hospitality leadership experience, most recently leading sales at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Huff brings a proven ability to drive revenue performance, align cross-functional teams and deliver strong results across luxury resort and convention environments.

Tyler Stewart

Stewart provides strategic vision, leadership and operational oversight for all sales, convention services and catering/events functions across Bellagio, ARIA, Vdara, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and Park MGM. With more than 20 years of hospitality sales leadership experience, including a strong track record at ARIA and Vdara, Stewart brings deep market expertise and a results-driven approach that will further strengthen the luxury positioning and group performance of these properties. A proud Detroit sports enthusiast, Tyler enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his two miniature Australian Shepherds, Brodi and Remi.

Megan Archambeault

Archambeault provides strategic vision, leadership and operational oversight for all sales, convention services and catering/events functions across MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, W Las Vegas, New York-New York, Luxor, Excalibur and The Signature. Most recently overseeing sales at MGM Grand, The Signature, New York-New York and Excalibur, Archambeault brings deep expertise in leading integrated resort sales organizations, aligning cross-functional teams and advancing performance across large convention campuses. In her spare time, you will find Megan and her family traveling and participating in unique events, as she believes money is best spent on experiences and memories with her loved ones.
