All-Inclusive Experience

Yes, our online hotel room booking site at www.mgmresorts.com will allow you to make multiple reservations under the same name, but room reservations staff will contact you via e-mail for names of the guests occupying each of the rooms.

The first night’s rate and applicable lodging tax deposit is fully refundable provided notice of cancellation is received by Room Reservations at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your scheduled arrival (and no shows) will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.

Such reservations are only available for a 2-night length of stay at Excalibur and Luxor. Additional night(s) (either before or after the required stay nights) that are not part of the “All-Inclusive Experience” reservation may be added to such reservation at the presented pricing for such additional night(s), provided that “All-Inclusive Experience” pricing and inclusions are not valid for such additional night(s). You may also book multiple “All-Inclusive Experience” reservations (including such reservations with back-to-back stay dates) via our online hotel room booking site at www.mgmresorts.com. The ”All-Inclusive Experience” (which feature various listed inclusions) is only available to parties of two people. However, room accommodation associated with such a reservation may be available for up to two additional guests for an additional charge per guest as presented during the booking process. However, such additional guests will not receive any of the “All-Inclusive Experience” inclusions. Accordingly, such additional guests will be responsible for purchasing, for example, their meals, coaster passes, and show tickets.

Your meal, show and coaster vouchers will be available at hotel check-in. You may access them through the “Find Your Reservation” feature by logging into the MGM Rewards app. If you need assistance with downloading the MGM Rewards app, please speak with a Lobby Host upon arrival. To redeem, please provide your name and room number to the host or server at participating restaurants, a Box Office agent for show tickets, or a coaster attendant. All inclusions with vouchers must be billed to your room to be redeemed. Gratuity on inclusions is not included in pricing and can be paid separately.

There are 10 participating outlets across multiple MGM Las Vegas properties where guests may use their “All-Inclusive Experience” dining vouchers (which includes food and beverage) on select menu items. Alcoholic beverages included in the “All-Inclusive Experience” are limited to select beer or wine. Hours of Operation vary. Gratuity is not included.

There are 6 shows (listed below) to choose from when selecting your “All-Inclusive Experience” show tickets. Shows are subject to availability and dark days. All-Inclusive Experience” show tickets include select basic seating categories and do not include premium and VIP seating locations. Tickets are not available for all price categories at all performances, and eligible seating categories will vary by show. Seating availability and location is determined on a first-come first-serve basis and assigned by MGM Resorts International in its sole discretion. Please visit any MGM Resorts box office to check show availability and redeem your vouchers.

Self-parking for one (1) vehicle per reservation is included as part of the ”All-Inclusive Experience”. Self-parking is valid at the MGM property where you are staying and at all other MGM Las Vegas properties during stay. Please scan your hotel digital key (from the MGM Rewards app) or physical key card upon entering and exiting all MGM Las Vegas property parking garages.

Reservations are not required. Hours of operation are Monday to Sunday between the hours of 11 AM – 12:00 AM and are subject to weather conditions and other circumstances which may suspend service. Must be 54” to ride. For more information on The Big Apple Coaster, visit here.

Shows that are offered as part of the “All-Inclusive Experience” are subject to availability. If your preferred performance is sold out, you may select from among other available eligible shows available during your stay.

Children are permitted in designated areas on MGM Resorts properties, however, the ”All-Inclusive Experience” (which feature various listed inclusions) is only available to parties of two people. One of those two people may be your child (i.e., a child which you are the parent or legal guardian of) provided, however, certain All-Inclusive Experience inclusions will not be available to such child. Your child (if not one of the two people in the party of two associated with the booked “All-Inclusive Experience”) may also stay in your room associated with such a reservation as an additional guest for an additional charge per guest as presented during the booking process. However, such additional guest will not receive any of the “All-Inclusive Experience” inclusions. Accordingly, such additional guest will be responsible for purchasing, for example, their meals, coaster passes, and show tickets. Kids ages 10 and under can dine for free at the MGM Grand Buffet and Excalibur buffet if accompanied by a paid adult,including an adult associated with the “All-Inclusive Experience”. Kid menus are available at participating outlets to purchase.

In addition to the pools at Luxor and Excalibur, All-Inclusive Experience guests may also use the pools at Mandalay Bay and MGM Grand.

You may use existing FREEPLAY available on your MGM Rewards account during your "All-Inclusive Experience" stay. However, additional FREEPLAY offers cannot be combined with your "All-Inclusive Experience" reservation.

Yes. Your "All-Inclusive Experience" reservation will earn MGM Rewards Points and Tier Credits on eligible charges.

$25 FREEPLAY is valid for stays that are booked by September 30, 2026, and that are completed by December 30, 2026. Guests must be enrolled in MGM Rewards Program to redeem FREEPLAY, which will be automatically loaded onto the reservation holder’s MGM Rewards account upon hotel check-in, is valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of being automatically loaded, and is only available once per stay at Luxor and Excalibur. Must be 21 years of age or older to redeem FREEPLAY. FREEPLAY has no retail value. Visit the MGM Rewards Desk for any questions about FREEPLAY. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to redeem FREEPLAY. New members joining at an enrollment kiosk at Luxor and Excalibur can create a secure PIN in the kiosk enrollment process. Guests enrolling online must create a secure PIN with valid identification at their lodging property’s MGM Rewards Desk.
